About FivSongs
FivSongs is an experimental project that turns five short song clips into a readable music-memory profile. It sits somewhere between a music personality test, a memory prompt, and a reflective AI experience.
How the test works
You hear five clips. After each one, you write or record the first association that comes to mind. That reaction can be a person, a place, a year, a breakup, a school corridor, a season, a city, or a mood that still has weight.
The app then looks for recurring patterns in your answers. It identifies which kinds of memories show up first, what emotional direction they take, and whether songs pull you more toward people, places, life stages, or atmosphere.
What FivSongs is not
FivSongs is not a clinical assessment and it does not claim scientific diagnosis. The output is a creative interpretation built from user input and pattern-based language generation.
Why the project exists
Music has a strange power: the same chorus can trigger comfort, grief, rebellion, nostalgia, or unfinished business depending on who hears it. FivSongs is built around that truth. It asks not what song you like, but what the song unlocks in you.
